These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Solwain. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation by email. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details.

4. Shipping

We ship across Europe with tracked delivery and offer free shipping on orders above €120. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and exchanges

You may return unworn scarves in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For reasons of hygiene, items must be returned unused, unwashed and free of scent, with any tags attached. We cannot accept scarves that have been worn or damaged.

6. Warranty and care

We warrant our scarves against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. Normal wear, pilling from friction and changes from incorrect washing are not defects. Follow the care notes on each product page, and contact us if you think a piece is faulty.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content for commercial purposes without our permission. All text, images and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
